  •     1 piece (200 g) green pare
  •     1 teaspoon salt
  •     2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  •     2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  •     3 red onions, thinly sliced
  •     1 red chilies, thinly sliced
  •     ½ teaspoon shrimp paste fried, finely crushed
  •     ½ teaspoon pepper

Sautee way Pare:
  1. Pare split in half, remove seeds.
  2. Thinly sliced crosswise.
  3. Sprinkle salt, knead until pare wilted.
  4. Rinse clean water and then drain.
  5. Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until wilted.
  6. Enter chilli and shrimp paste, stir until fragrant.
  7. Enter pare, stirring until wilted.
  8. Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
  9. Pour into melon stir-fry, set aside some time for a little egg freezing.
